Blue Grass Tours Policies

Smoking is prohibited at all times on the coaches.

Cancellation Policy

If a coach is cancelled 30 days prior to departure dates, no cancellation fee will be assessed. 29 to 8 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of $100 per coach will be assessed.  7 to 2 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total trip, or $100 per coach/per day of scheduled use, whichever is greater, will be assessed. 24 hours or less will be assessed 100% of the cost of the trip.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is allowed on Blue Grass Tours motorcoaches.

A $250 refundable alocohol usage deposit will be assessed for groups whose itineraries suggest the use of spirits during charter times. The charter party will be reimbursed if coach is returned in an acceptable condition.  

Drivers

The driver can only drive ten (10) hours and be on duty for a maximum of fifteen (15) hours.

After that time, at least ten (10) hours of rest off the coach must be obtained before services can be resumed.

Baggage

The drivers are not responsible for loading or unloading baggage

Blue Grass Tours is not liable for damages to or loss of baggage or other property 

Additional

VCR’s, Monitors, Satelites & Audio equipment are complimentary and no refunds will be given for malfunctions.

Charter party will be responsible for any damage and/or unusual cleaning fees
